help with character panel
 

i keep seeing a different character panel for most ui's that differs from the one i have. I am reffering to this,

i am trying to get the same panel myself and i have searched to no avail. Any help would be appreciated

You can't have that anymore, some of the screenshots are outdated. After Turbine changed the character panel those what you see in that picture are gone forever.
