Is it possible to add outline/thick outline to chat font? The text is so hard for me to read.

Also is it possible to unlock and move the main bar at the bottom I like to set my hotkeys up on the bottom right.

I don't think there is any way to move the main bottom bar at the moment, but I could be wrong. The chat font already has a black outline to it, but I agree that sometimes that isn't much help in some areas.

If you right click a chat tab and select the "Change Chat Colors" option you can change your actual font colors/sizes for the various chat types. There is also a slider at the top that will allow you to make the chat background darker, which might also help you to see the text better.
