LotRO API Reference is up on the Wiki
 
We'd like to give a big shout out and thank you to Digital_Utopia for setting up the entire LotRO API Reference on the Wiki. The main page for it is here. Really appreciate all the hard work Digital_Utopia (even if you did make a php script to convert it ;)).

know any sites that tell me how to mod the game for dummies? haha . im a genious but i just cant figure out coding and crap... for some reason the only thing i cant learn >..<

Hey, that still amounted to a lot of copying and pasting :p. Besides, while I do like this site, I don't like it quite enough to spend the next month or so manually typing everything in lol
