Weaver Venom Pip/Entanglement Display

Hoping someone is interested in providing a plugin for this.

Noticed D.H1cks has supplied a version for both Hunters and Champions.

Any chance of adapting it for Weavers?

Hmmmm, I will take a look into the API when I get a chance, but I am quite busy with other stuff right now.

If someone wants to take one that I have done and modify it for weavers that would be ok too.
