LoTROInterface - Click to timestamp then show recipe cooldown

I think this is another idea for a useful plugin. Allow a character who is crafting a guild recipe with a cooldown to simply click Small Expert, Medium Expert, Large Artisan, etc (the different reputation items) and/or manually add a name and click 1 day, 3 day, 7 day at the time that they craft which will then generate a saved time stamp. This time stamp and the time left is viewable by all other characters on the server.

Let's say CharacterA crafts a Medium Expert Emblem. I open CoolCraft or whatever you wish to call it. I click Medium Expert (3 day cooldown). A timestamp is generated for 11/21/10 6:44am (no need for timezone settings as local time would be used). When I reopen the plugin window I see: CharacterA, Medium Expert, 11/24/10 6:44 am, with 2 days 23 hours 58 minutes remaining. I could also craft a guild item with a cooldown, manually enter the name for the recipe, and click 3 day. If I am playing CharacterB, they can open the plugin window and can view this as well.
