Elf-ish Skin

I got an idea from Agentfive's E3Toolbar and ran with it. I also used Joviex's invisible toolbar and a bit from Fantus' Neon Blue skin as the base for this (I want to give credit where it's due). All my friends like this so I hope everyone else does too. I will give it a few days here before uploading it for download.

Wow, you work fast! :) I hope everyone likes it! I am also working on one that uses frame borders made out of Sindarin text. Will be a bit before it's ready though.
