I admit, Oblivion's UI sucks.
But the graphics it uses are very nice. I would like a LOTRO UI that uses the rolled scroll of Oblivion's UI. Here are some screen-shots of the game's UI.
If no one takes this up, that's fine. But it would be cool if someone did. :)
