Book 12 Updates?

Greetings to Frosty or any other LOTRO dev,

I'm glad to see a plethora of UI changes in the upcoming Book 12 patch. Along with the upcoming new character sheet, this snippet caught my attention from the patch notes:

Fixed some previous UI items with no skinning tags.

Any chance we can get an updated tag list or even a new default UI art pack (a man can dream)?

the animations are not specified in a format that leads to easy replacement. we've got some ideas on how to implement that, but I can't give any specifics or timelines.

FYI:

For those of you noticing there's no clear mapping for the title "normal" and "mouseover" images, they're actually mapped as the "blue_selection_vendor_item_repair(_normal)" series of art assets.

For the title selection?yeah got those done theres 3 arts for each left and right and center for titles( normal,highlights,etc.At the moment Im doing the house permision icons.I had to make new dimension size for bluebox_r and L for me sheen to work.
But I still cant find the progress bar.
I'm getting so sleepy, darn it I want to finish.:D

I seem to be missing a icon_housing_permission_manage_allowed.tga[notAllowed] and theres no xml code for it the not allowed.The only one I cant find to edit it.

At the moment it doesn't look like you can skin the background for the outfit 1 and outfit 2 paperdoll :(

Also, I guess that means I should probably buy a house now if I want to remap its appearance...

Deewe, what files were you trying to upload and were you trying to upload them to a download category or attach them to the forum post? (Upload category is 20mb limit, is why I'm asking).

I was trying to upload all new tga files and attach them in this post.

The file is just under 1Mb, it's a zip file. So I choosed Zip format. I saw size limit is 588.3 KB

I thought it might help others to have all new files in a separate folder so they can focus on the new stuff.

I'm almost done with my first skin, which is a simple recoloration, but I'm having the same problem as above. Was this ever addressed? If so, could someone tell me how to fix it?

This is a bug in the UI itself... it's missing the "notAllowed" state. I've filed a bug - do you want the tracking number? (I'm kidding, of course about giving you the tracking number.)
