D3D10GraphicsCore.dll needed

I do need the file D3D10GraphicsCore.dll from an american installation.
It seems that this file does not get installed properly on (some) european installations, making DX10 useless.

Maybe one with working DX10 in Lotro could mail me this file to passatuner(at)googlemail.com Change (at) to @.
