Hey guys, not only am I new here, i'm also new to this skinning business, so bear with me :)
I found this website shortly after purchasing LOTRO, and from the great influences on here I decided to make a quick bottom bar for a couple of my friends. They thought it was good, so I may as well offer it to you all as well, mainly for feedback; as I feel it is always necassary for a bit of constructive criticism in order for someone to get better.
So yea here it is, please do have a try with it and see what you think. Feel free to leave any kind of comment or something, I am open to any kind of help and guidance. If you want me to continue to skin the entire UI, let me know and i'll do it.
To Install:
Simply unzip the file into My Documents > The Lord of the Rings Online
