Character UI Placement File?

Is there a file that contains the locations and sizes of all the windows for each character? I want to be able to take one I've already customized and modify it to use for other characters so I don't have to drag and resize everything every time. Any way to do this? Thanks.

Not at present. Currently everything is saved server side, not client side.

Ah ok, thanks for the response. Hopefully they make this UI more skinnable ala EQ when they upgraded the UI to the XML framework. That was pretty nice.
