I realize there are categories, but I'm seeing different kind of upload all listed in interface catgories. Perhaps a dropdown for picking Skin, Plugin, Utility, etc..
A way for designate in a uniform way which dependencies a plugin has. Somehow have this tie back to a lotrointerface "id" because folks refer to plugins by different names.
