I am new to plugins.

What directory do I store the plugins so the new plugin manager from Lotro can see them?

For plugins, go to C:\Users\<your name>\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\Plugins and put them there. If the \Plugins folder is not there, create it. Be sure to follow any specific instructions the author of the plugin may give, but usually all you need to do is unzip the entire download to that folder and you are good to go.

If you decide to use a skin too, go to C:\Users\<your name>\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins. Again, if the \UI\Skins folders do not exist, just create them and then unzip the entire download to that folder.
