champ moveable fervour meter

Could someone make a movable fervour meter for champ? Just an UI element that makes easy to see how much fervour you have. It could just display the amount of fervour as pips or perhaps as a number?

I am sure the whole community would love it and I would be really happy and i am sure it can't be too hard to make. :)

Palantir 2 will include fervor/focus/attunement as a bar type, but that's about as much as I'm probably going to contribute to the idea.
