Help with Black Vellum Toolbars

I am using the custom right toolbar and everything is great but the attunement bar is still the original one. Any help would be great.

I'm not sure what's wrong with that thing. I need a new wand or something.

I'm also not sure what's wrong with your UI. You're going to have to describe the problem in a lot more detail. Or any detail. That would work too.

Ah-ha! That's actually not an issue with the Black Vellum skin. You have to activate the small attunement bar in the LotRO options.

Open the Options window either with ctrl-o or from the menu (System --> Options). Click on the "UI Settings" tab. The option is called "Attunement Panel Size" listed under "Misc". You need to select "small" instead of "large".

That should work, just like magic. Well, almost.
