Shortcut Window Plugin

Hello,

I would love if some of the experts here in LOTROInterface could create a plugin that looks just like the retail Bag window, but instead of items you could drop shortcuts there for skills.

I just want to have a litle window where I can drag some shortcuts there and only open this window when I want. I don't want a shortcut bar, I want a shortcut window. So I can move it, and even close it.

I think this will help a lot of people, not just me.

Also, this shouldn't be that hard to code.

Friendly advice, when you request a plugin, it's best not to tell potential developers that it "shouldn't be hard to do", twice. You're asking for someone's valuable time, and no plugin takes 5 minutes to implement, test, debug, package and upload.

I haven't playtested it a lot, and don't intend to develop it too far. Hope it is of some use.
