Hi, I'm trying to change the Celtic UI so that it uses the larger default vitals for myself as well as opponents. I tried messing around in the skindefinition xml but couldn't make it work - could I get some help please?

Got it, nevermind; I had relied on a simple relog and needed a restart of the client.
