Help - which plugins are used here?

Hi,

found this (older) screenshot which I like a lot. But I'm new at the game and have no idea which plugins are used in it. Can anyone help me?

from what i can see looks like it was a SKIN not a plugin that's shown in that picture.

Yup. It's a skin no plugins involved.

And whats with the button bars on the right side (with horse icon) and in the lower left corner (with the green, yellow, red spikes and the potions or flasks)?

These are additional bars, or?

Lotro comes with 6 quickslot bars (= 72 slots total). 5 of them you can move around freely on your UI. 1 of them is unmovable (can only be moved via skinning).

You can control the bars from the Main Options while playing. There's a section for hotkeys. Also to move things around you need to "unlock (http://www.lotrointerface.com/forums/showthread.php?t=371)" your UI.

Of course you can use quickslots plugins (http://www.lotrointerface.com/downloads/cat24.html) now as well.

I already knew that the UI can be unlocked and moved, but did not recognized the additional bars in the options menu and that I can move the bars too.
