List of Hex Codes for Skills

I know during beta someone parsed out and posted in a spread sheet, basically all the hex codes available in the game.

Since the beta forums don't appear to exist any more on the official forums, is someone able to repost a link to that?

Digital_Utopia was kind enough to dig up the link for me over at the official LOTRO forums. Below is a spreadsheet that should contain entries for anything in the Lore Book.

Anyone know the method to reparse this list? There are new skills since the Nov Update went live and I need to be able to create buttons based on those new skills.
