Hallo,

this is my first LUA addon

This plug in is based on Nickster's Simple Note.
It`s manage notes in the game for the character and the account.
The accountnotes are readable and editable with all chars on all servers.
The charnotes only with the char itself.

Functions:
- add new notes
- edit existing notes
- delete notes
- tooltips on the bottom of the window
- normal or minimized view (right click into the window)
- resizable window

- the command '/notes' toggle the visibility of the window (it starts hidden)
