As a fan of Spirit of Elfwood, I felt compelled to fix it so it wasn't driving me crazy.
I'm pretty handy with a graphics program but I haven't tried a lotro interface before. I hope this is better than nothing. I made a new button for Traits and a new button for the Start Menu. The only element I changed was the main toolbar, I haven't touched anything else. the rest is the original skin by Kuvasie.
I only have MoM atm, but not SoM, so be sure to let me know if the images don't display properly. There are a couple of different notations.

i like this ui, but can't use it for long time. now it's done through ur work. it is amazing work, thanks
but i got a little problem, my second bar can't close to main bar, have a small gap between main and second, but between second, 3rd, 4th... it's ok

edit at 25 march:
i found another problem, if escort someone, this npc's portrait are abnormal with some more border. but at last, it's a small problem, thanks to you we can use this favorite UI
