Flipsod1 is just basically a re-arrangement of the main tool bar, aligning it to the right.

I designed this at 1440x900 full screen, any other resolutions would likely need some editing.

two things to note:

1. a second image is included for one bar instead of two, just edit the xml tag at the end of the file from :
<Mapping ArtAssetID="LetterBoxBottom" FileName="tnh2.tga"></Mapping>
to :
<Mapping ArtAssetID="LetterBoxBottom" FileName="tnh.tga"></Mapping>

2. to resize it to fit your screen edit the skindefinitions.xml
there is a line that reads:
<Element ID="ToolbarField" X="682" Y="799" Width="758" Height="101">
you will need to subtract 758 from your screen's width and plug that into the X value and subtract 101 your screen's height and plug that into Y
