Panel Viewer is a standalone, self-contained HTML file which allows viewing of the various panels as defined in the SkinDefinition.txt file included with the Mines of Moria art assets. It is intended to assist developers find the relevant panel files and preview changes to their layout without having to launch and relaunch the game every time.

There were also two definitions for "ID_UISkin_BankTemplate" in the original file. I have renamed one of them to "ID_UISkin_BagTemplate" for what appears to be the bag definition instead of the bank.
