I see this hasn't been updated since 2009, so I'm guessing its creator is no longer active, but if you are still around, any chance of an update? Unless I did something wrong, this doesn't seem to work with the current version of LOTRO.

POsting back aboutthe mysterious disappearing quickslot bar. In the two UIs that this occurs with for me, it's always Bar 3 that seems to pose the issue, so maybe it's a server side issue, or at least that seems logical to me. If so, there's isn't any use in contacting Turbine about it, they will simply blame the 3rd party app and tell you to uninstall it.

Yes this occurring with another UI I have installed as well. Didn't notice it before because I wasn't using all the skill bars as I am on the toon with this one. I love this UI though! The quick fix for me has been to use Ctrl+\ and then click the "star" you would use to move the UI item, this makes the bar reappear where you wanted it, and then just close the UI interface (Ctrl + \). This is a fast and easy temporary solution.

Ya iv had same prob a few time ,but it happens to me with other UIs too, so im not sure why that does. I hope to get some time in a week or so to do more on the UI. Thank all for the feedback

I have downloaded the skin for my RK, and I love it! It's very streamlined and not distracting in any way as I play through the beautiful scenery of Middle-Earth. The one issue I'm having is that one of my quickslot bars disappears when I log out and then come back online and I have to unlock my UI and retrieve it. It's not actually disappearing, it's simply being pushed behind the UI, as in the UI becomes an overlay on the quick bar.

When you apply this Ui you will need to log out and back in again to see the results, I hope this helps, My resolution im using it 1620 x 1050 so if you have smaller you mite have to again log out and in, as for my bar place ment as in my picture,you will need to go into your options panel and undock bars 2,3,4,5,6 and place them by using ctrl+\ in same layout as i have

I applied this ui skin but unlike your picture i dont get the full abilities included only the standard from keys 1-=. Am i doin something wrong is there a setting i need to change
