This is a second patch meant for B.G.M version 5.2 Blue,Red,Green and maybe Purple.

I forgot to add the code for the rep icon,copy this line and add it to the skin defintion file:

This patch fix and alters the following:
Removed the arrow image(invisible) to rotate your character in the character sheet and cosmetic.
Added and redesign the character sheet to B.G.M style,currently the cosmetic area is not altered yet
I couldn't finish on time on Saturday got busy.
Re altered the skin of the loading zone,turn it to black bars like a widescreen type look it's still work in progress.
Altered the border lines to a new look on the equipment buttons on the character sheet.
Added and altered the shield image on the character sheet where your level is to B.G.M style button.
Alter the chat button resize as well the resize widget that resizes the windows to certain windows panel to
a look of little squared dots arrow.
Minor recolor of the reputation icon to black instead of blue for my UI look,the star still remains Gold.

I took a quick look at the virtue's,it seems that Turbine broke it at thier end even on default UI skin is also missing.
I'm waiting to see if Turbine fix it before I do or try to cause I don't really want to alter the code again and for Turbine
to fix it and then breaks mine again.
I'm also waiting cause I want to re alter or expand more a bit for the German names cause there very long to fit
in the current state.
Theres list of things I want to do before I release B.G.M version 6,this patches are basically preview for it but also
fixes some stuff due to update 6.
