Kaylan Scroll UI
Addon for JRR
DISCONTINUED
This is a fixed and updated version of Kaylan's Scroll Action Bar UI, recompiled to work as an addon for JRR.
Like in the original release, this pack contains the skin declined into 4 colours.
Moving the UI skill bars to align it with toolbar slots :
1) Open your Option menu
2) Go to "UI Settings"
3) Go to "Quickslot Bars"
4) Select the Bar you wish to use (1-5)
5) On that Bar, check "Always Show" and make sure it's not docked
6) Add an Ability to that bar (for alignment purposes)
7) Use " Ctrl + * " or " Ctrl + \ " to unlock your UI
8) Drag the Quickslot Bar into the Bottom Bar graphic and align it
9) Lock your UI (" Ctrl + * " or " Ctrl + \ ") and you're ready to go !

- Enables JRR 1.8 features.

v1.7b BagFix 2 :
- Ensure a perfect graphic compatibility with other JRR plugins when swiching from one to another.

JRR represents more & more work and time consuming since Turbine doesn't stop breaking the user interface on every single insignificant update.
I can't find the time to maintain and enhance this skin as it should be.
I'll concentrate my efforts on the most downloaded files : "JRR skins collection" pack and "JRR Azure glass".
*EDIT* the panel borders and title bars of this skin have been re-introduced in JRR since I fused it in the GreenLeaves theme.

Now I feel crazy for never realizing I could have moved the bags. The mouse cursor changes when you hover over the right place, maybe I've seen it before but didn't understand.
And the vitals worked perfectly, I happen to like more the ones in Eclipse UI. Just renaming the ...\JRR v2\JRR CORE\vitals\ and copying there the one in Eclipse (he chose to name it unitframes instead) seems to work at first glance. I'll have to check all the filenames later because of different authors choosing different folders like misc, but they seem to mix fine.
I'm really thankful, you are doing a great job and even provide some kind of "customer" service.

Hi,
The bags can be moved by their left side, at a few pixels of it, on the left.
The vitals displayed in Kaylan are defined to be the same shared by default in JRR.
(I've not implemented yet the bugfix for the portraits going bigger or smaller when entering a new area).
Basically, to change vitals on every skin using JRR default vitals, you just have to replace the images (must have the same name !) located in :
...\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\ui\skins\JRR v2\JRR CORE\vitals\
Or you can edit kaylan skindinition.xml file to define custom vitals, on these lines :

Great skin, but I'd like to change something
Hi, first of all I'm sorry for being lazy and asking this instead of figuring it out myself:
I like your Kaylan Green skin, I've used it for months but I also like the modified vitals on other skins. I tried to add those to Kaylan but couldn't understand the xml file, could somebody help me please?
Another thing, while using the Kaylan interface you can't move the inventory bags around. This can be worked around by switching to another interface and then back, but since the bags are slightly small in Kaylan you can never put them on the right border. I tried manually editing the xml you get by using /ui layout save, but that file seems to use floating point rather than integer pixel values, any help n that too?
